ASIC LATAM 2027 conference.
The international air quality conference comes to Chile for the first time
ASIC LATAM 2027 is the Latin American edition of the Air Sensors International Conference (ASIC), organized by the UC Davis Air Quality Research Center (AQRC). For the first time in the region, this event will bring together researchers, policymakers, industry leaders, and international organizations to tackle critical challenges in air quality monitoring and management.
The conference will take place in Santiago, Chile, from May 17 - 20, 2027, positioning Latin America as a key region for advancing data-driven solutions.
A program focused on applied science
The ASIC LATAM 2027 program is designed to connect cutting-edge research with real-world applications, covering topics such as:
- Air quality sensor networks and data systems
- Particulate matter characterization and atmospheric chemistry
- Data validation, satellite–ground integration, and modeling
- Exposure, public health, and environmental equity
