The UC Davis Air Quality Research Center hosted the Aviation Noise and Emissions Symposium as a Virtual Symposium for the 2021 event due to COVID-19 and the uncertainty of the safety of bringing people together for a meeting.
Thank you to the many participants of our 2020 Symposium! The program content was well received and educational for all attendees. With our highest attendance in a decade, the conversations around noise and emissions were intellectual and well rounded!
IAMA will bring together research scientists from around the world to discuss the latest advances in mathematical modeling of our atmosphere and how these new discoveries can ultimately lead to policies that improve our air quality.
Refineries and chemical industry facilities store and use large quantities of chemicals. Some of these chemicals pose health risks since they may be toxic, become toxic due to reactions in the atmosphere, or pose a fire or explosion hazard.
Every year our Program Committee meets to brainstorm the most important topics facing the aviation industry with relation to noise and emissions problems and solutions.
The AQRC has a mission to aid in the sharing of research and information related to air quality and the Atmospheric Chemical Mechanisms Conference aim is just that!
The Air Quality Research Center at UC Davis and the California Air Resources Board are pleased to announce the 4th International Aerosol Modeling Algorithms Conference (IAMA Conference).
